FOUNDER AND ADVISOR

Sushma has a Masters in Public Health from the US and has worked in Quality and Risk Management for healthcare in the US with focus on patient satisfaction. The company is a perfect setting to show her love for people and food. She is well known for her entrepreneurial spirit in the food and hospitality avenues. Sushma is extremely passionate about healthy food and drives our internal teams on strategy, process and methodology decisions.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Both the brains and the muscle behind the team, Prashanth has over 10 years of experience in food services for clients like PWC, WeWork, Zomato, Commscope, People Tree Hospitals, etc. A stickler for accuracy and a penchant for high quality work, he makes juggling various jobs look easy. He has hands-on experience in a number of our industry verticals and in several functional areas from operations to sales to finance.

CO - FOUNDER | CHIEF FINANCE AND PEOPLE OFFICER

Over 5 years of hands-on experience with running a hospital cafeteria and is well versed with the nuances of inpatient food service. Hema is a leader by virtue of setting examples and is well loved by all associates. She is responsible for designing and finalising the HR policies, contributing to business strategy and developing workforce plans and programs. Hema defines and executes finance-related initiatives and plans for future growth, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing and strategic planning.

RAGAVENDRA C.R

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Raghavendra has over 10 years of experience across diverse domains such as cloud architecture, enterprise wide IT transformation, strategic planning, digital business transformation, e-commerce and consumer internet systems, operations and healthcare. He also builds information security operations and processes from scratch for startup MNC's in India.

Dr. Harsha Vardhana is a Board certified Hematology/Oncology Specialist in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He graduated with honors in 2000. Having more than 20 years of diverse experiences, especially in Hematology/Oncology, medical oncology. Dr. Harsha Vardhana will give us evidence based advice on nutrition's role in treatment, healing and managing side effects of medical treatment from a physician's perspective. Medical School – Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore. Fellowship – East Tennessee State University, Johnson City and Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia.

AMAR KRISHNAMURTHY

MENTOR AND STRATEGIC ADVISOR

Holds Masters Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at The University of Texas, Austin. Founder and Ex CEO of Town Essentials, VP Operations - Design cafe. Winner of IKC Kitchen professional Award 2020. Amar has 20 years of experience in Operations, he is adept at balancing a breath of experience and knowledge with the ability to manage strategically.

ADVISOR

With more than 20 years of experience and a focus over the last 14 years on building SaaS products for the retail and commerce sector. Ashish is a veteran in the field of engineering and information technology. He spent 10 years as the head of engineering for Small Business group at Yahoo! where he helped create the engineering team, scale its operation and built a suite of profitable services ranging from "content to e-commerce" targeted at enabling small and mid-sized businesses to be successful online.

DR. MEGHNA MEVAWALA (PHD)

DIETICIAN/NUTRITIONIST

Dr. Meghna Mevawala is a Dietician/Nutritionist and Sports Nutritionist and has an experience of 14 years in these fields. She completed Diploma in Diet and Nutrition from Tulips (GCTA-Australia) in 2006, PhD - Alternative Medicine from Trinity World University, UK in 2017 and Certificate Course in Sports and Fitness Nutrition from International Sports Science Association in 2016. Some of the services provided by her are: Diabetes Management, Weight Management Counseling, Thyroid care, Sports nutrition and Diabetic Diet Counseling, etc.

EXECUTIVE CHEF, JAMES BEARD NOMINEE BEST CHEF, USA

Chef Rebecca Barron is an award winning chef based out of USA. She's also a James Beard semifinalist and is one of the few female chefs to be nominated. She is known for her creativity and cooking fresh, simple food using local Ingredients. She loves India and Indian food and often Incorporates Indian flavor in her dishes.
