Since its inception in 2014, 3 Sisters Cafe's motto has been to provide the best nutrition and food service to patients, visitors and hospital staff possible. Our team works in tandem with the hospital's dieticians and clinical staff to ensure that all compliances are met to prepare and deliver food of the highest quality, taste and hygiene.

FOUNDER AND ADVISOR

Sushma has a Masters in Public Health from the US and has worked in Quality and Risk Management for healthcare in the US with focus on patient satisfaction. The company is a perfect setting to show her love for people and food. She is well known for her entrepreneurial spirit in the food and hospitality avenues. Sushma is extremely passionate about healthy food and drives our internal teams on strategy, process and methodology decisions.

PRASHANTH H.S

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Both the brains and the muscle behind the team, Prashanth has over 10 years of experience in food services for clients like PWC, WeWork, Zomato, Commscope, People Tree Hospitals, etc. A stickler for accuracy and a penchant for high quality work, he makes juggling various jobs look easy. He has hands-on experience in a number of our industry verticals and in several functional areas from operations to sales to finance.

CO - FOUNDER | CHIEF FINANCE AND PEOPLE OFFICER

Over 5 years of hands-on experience with running a hospital cafeteria and is well versed with the nuances of inpatient food service. Hema is a leader by virtue of setting examples and is well loved by all associates. She is responsible for designing and finalising the HR policies, contributing to business strategy and developing workforce plans and programs. Hema defines and executes finance-related initiatives and plans for future growth, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing and strategic planning.

RAGAVENDRA C.R

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Raghavendra has over 10 years of experience across diverse domains such as cloud architecture, enterprise wide IT transformation, strategic planning, digital business transformation, e-commerce and consumer internet systems, operations and healthcare. He also builds information security operations and processes from scratch for startup MNC's in India.
